Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in the finance sector. My background has given me a unique first-hand perspective when helping my clients deal with the high-stress nature of a professional career. Let me help guide you as you cope with the demands of your personal and professional roles, utilizing my experience to provide practical insight and emotional support.

Approaching our collaboration with an open mind, dedication, and passion is vital for unlocking your full potential. Vulnerability is not easy for anyone. Throughout therapy, you will find an environment where you will feel heard, understood, and supported while working through the challenges inherent in growth.

Finding the right therapist can be a challenging task for many people. I strive to be understanding, compassionate, and comprehensive in my approach. I tailor your therapy to fit your needs and set goals collaboratively so our work is meaningful and progress feels attainable.

I have extensive experience working with children, individuals, and couples. Building trust and connection is key to helping you understand your emotions, behaviors, and physiological sensations. From there, we work together to develop ways to improve the Self, mood, and relationships and reduce worry as it relates to all the important aspects of your life.

I also work closely with families and parents, including one-on-one meetings throughout therapy and parenting training on behavior.

My work with individuals includes relieving stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and work-life balance. I utilize a variety of approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Gottman Couple Therapy.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

I encourage you to call or email me, and rest assured, I will return your call or email within 24 hours.
