FAQs

Length of Therapy

Our initial meeting aims to develop an understanding of your current challenges by getting to know one another and finding out your personal story to further build upon our relationship. As we get to know one another, we will create a personalized therapy plan, so you feel comfortable and supported.

The length of therapy depends on the individual’s, couple’s, or family’s needs and goals.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and occur weekly. A minimum of 6 months is a typical course of therapy. Sessions are available in-person, on video, or via phone.
